Packed a picnic to take to the zoo. Made a gf pasta salad (with a bit of vegenaise and tons of veggies, mostly raw- chopped spinach, tomatoes, red bell pepper, corn, lima beans, peas). Plus grapes, an orange, and veggie booty.

Got a call from my integrative doc while we were at the zoo. Apparently, I tested positive for acute Lyme infection. He said this doesn’t change anything about my immediate treatment, so keep doing what I’m doing until we meet again at the end of this month. But, of course, now I’m in research mode.
