Thursday’s Lunch

Sautéed green bananas with coconut oil, garlic, red peppers, and green onions.


Also had a mug of hot chocolate (coconut milk, cocoa powder, and agave) and an imuno-build greens drink. And 2 gf cookies my mom got at the health food store. They were delicious! I’ll post pics of the brand later. All the ingredients are wholesome and acceptable for an occasional treat. But they’re super expensive. I’ll be trying to recreate my own homemade version at some point.
