Thursday’s Breakfast

Steel cut oats with fruit and a bit of honey. Not gluten free, but from what I understand, oats themselves don’t have gluten, it’s just a question of cross-contamination during processing. Since I don’t have celiac disease, the risk of small amounts through cross contamination shouldn’t be a big deal. I hope.


And leftover gf pancakes from yesterday with a bit of butter and maple syrup.
