Tuesday’s Breakfast

Mom made me a smoothie. With cucumbers, lemon, banana, mango, pineapple, blueberries, spinach, protein powder, kefir, flax seeds, almond milk, and chia seeds.


And bacon and eggs.


And a clementine orange. And a cup of hot cocoa- coconut milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and agave.


Feeling pretty well this morning, though the lesion on my lip is a bit swollen. The one on my tongue has had no change in the past couple of days. Given the stress of travel and no sleep yesterday, I’m pretty impressed with my body’s coping ability. The swelling lip is a little concerning, but we’ll see what happens.
