We barely made our second flight (more poop emergencies), but we made it. I had a can of tomato juice in-flight.
My mother prepared a smorgasbord of clean, healthy dishes out of the most recent clean eating magazine for our visit, and I had a little bit of everything for lunch. It was all absolutely delicious. She made an eggplant and sweet potato stir fry, maple balsamic quinoa salad, and lemongrass coconut beef stir fry. It’s good to be home.
