Baked sweet potatoes stuffed with veggies. Red onion, garlic, and spinach sautéed in olive oil with a bit of himilayan sea salt. And we always eat the peel. That’s where a lot of the nutrition is.
And I made a new variation on the raw brownies. This time they’re raw snickerdoodle bites. This is my absolute favorite so far. Cashews, dates, salt, raw cacao butter, coconut oil, lots of cinnamon, a little ginger, a little pie spice combo, vanilla extract, and a squirt of agave. YUM!!! My daughter LOVES them. She totally thinks they’re cookies.
I think you should travel with some of those—- and have leftovers when you arrive!
