Monday’s Breakfast

Gluten free French toast with maple syrup, and spring mix salad topped with an egg “flower”.


And an alkalizing green juice. That’s arugula, celery, radishes, zucchini, and pear.


Also had a mug of what I’ve dubbed “sexy hot chocolate.” I premixed a jar of equal parts maca (hence the “sexy”), carob, and raw cacao, and mixed in a bit of stevia. So I can quickly mix a spoonful in whatever milk we have that day. Today it was light vanilla soymilk. So much easier than dragging out all the powders and measuring out everything.
